How do I report a user?

The report user feature can be used to quickly flag any suspicious activity or offensive behaviour. Primarily, you can bring our attention to users who violate the terms of service, engage in harassment, or partake in any illegal activities.

Please keep in mind, users who violate your local community rules should still be reported directly to your community admin (no shows, unwiling to meet in the community, items not posted correctly, etc).

How to contact your community admin

This feature is currently only available using our mobile app for iOS and Android

1. Navigate to the profile for the user you wish to report

2. Click on the 3 dots at the top right

   
   

   

   
   
3. Select "Report this user"

4. Select the reason for the report:

   • "User sends me spam": For any user sending unsolicited messages or engaging in fraudulent behaviour (scams)

   • "User is offensive": For users with offensive names/profile pictures, harassment, and other violations of our terms of service

5. Enter any helpful details you wish to include with your report

   
   

   

   
   
6. Click "Report". Your report has now been submitted and our team will review it shortly. We will be in touch as needed.
