How can I tell if my message has been read?

You can see when your message was seen directly beneath your message.  If this is not shown, your message has not yet been opened and seen by the recipient in the mobile app or on our website, but they may have seen your message through their email notifications, if they have those set up.  

** Please keep in mind, you may need to scroll your screen up to see the "Seen" information.  **
