Why am I seeing empty boxes instead of pictures in Internet Explorer?

The issue could be that your browser has add-ons that are blocking content. Here are some steps to follow to try to fix the problem. If this is too complicated, email us and we can do a screen share and try this together.

1. Click on the "Tools" button:
2. Click on "Manage add-ons."

   

3. Under "Show" click "All add-ons."

   

4. Click on the "Disable" next to each add-on.
