How do I cancel or unreserve an item for a buyer?

As a seller, you can cancel or unreserve an item for a buyer by clicking or tapping the " Reserved" button, then tapping "Unreserve".

iOS & Android apps

1. Open the item to be unreserved by tapping the item in your "My Stuff", the private message conversation with the buyer, or via the transaction in "My Transactions".
2. Tap the "Reserved" button
3. Tap "Unreserve" and then "Update Status"

   

4. Tap the reason for unreserving then tap " OK"

Desktop website

1. Open the item to be unreserved by tapping the item in your "My Stuff", the private message conversation with the buyer, or via the transaction in "My Transactions".
2. Tap the "Reserved" button
3. Tap "Unreserve" and then "Yes" to confirm making the item available again
